I recently purchased a 2TB Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk external hard drive. The drive seems to go to sleep after a period on non-use and You have to use the special adapter to gain the advertised 10X speed they are I just downloaded the GoFlex for Mac software and installed it on the drive.
